Alolan Vulpix
Why Alolan Vulpix?
I was ecstatic when Vulpix was revealed to have an Alola form in Gen 7. With its wispy white fur and pretty blue eyes, who couldn't love this little Fox Pokemon? I immediately decided to obtain Alolan Vulpix for my playthrough teams. My Alolan Vulpix in Pokemon Moon eventually evolved into Alolan Ninetales. However, my Alolan Vulpix in Pokemon Ultra Moon remained as is even while battling the Pokemon League. It was certainly a fun challenge to keep her unevolved throughout the entire game and I am proud to say that she never lost a battle!
I had no plans to continue collecting Pokemon plushies once Gen 6 was over. This changed when I suddenly received an adorable gift from my friend for Christmas 2016. It was the 2016 Pokemon Center Sapporo Renewal Yuki Matsuri Plush Mascot. This plush mascot is a delightful addition to my collection! It wasn’t long before I found myself researching other Alolan Vulpix merchandise. I am very impressed with the variety of items that Alolan Vulpix is featured in, from kitchenware to office décor. Sadly I cannot collect every piece of Alolan Vulpix merchandise that I like due to my budget, so for now I stick with the usual plush collection.
